Casey McAndrews, DO
Biography
Casey (she/her) was born in Rhode Island and spent most of her childhood on Martha’s Vineyard. She attended Hamilton College, where she studied Biology and Hispanic Studies, before attending the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Maine. She has always enjoyed working with children, whether teaching them how to listen to their hearts or how to play soccer, which ultimately drew her to pediatrics. During medical school, she became involved with the AAP SOPT, serving in several leadership and advocacy roles. She is thrilled to return to Rhode Island for residency at Brown and is particularly interested in pediatric cardiology and community advocacy. Outside of medicine, Casey enjoys hiking with her husband, reading (especially historical fiction), trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family and friends.
