Pediatrics Residency

Steve grew up in Newton, MA, and completed his bachelor’s degree at Emory University. There, he studied business before working in marketing for five years at Penn Foster, an education/training company. He subsequently completed a post-baccalaureate premedical program, while also working as an EMT. Steve attended medical school at Tufts University School of Medicine, where he discovered his passion for pediatrics. He was drawn to the sense of community and genuine enthusiasm that everyone at Brown exuded on his interview day and couldn’t be more excited to be at Hasbro Children’s for residency! 

Outside of medicine, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, Celine, and two young sons, Cruz & Massa. They look forward to exploring the many ice cream shoppes, playgrounds, and beaches that Rhode Island has to offer!
